FAT CAT started the way a lot of good things do: a lot of caffeine, a bunch of determination and a shared dream.

For Lauren, it started as an idea scribbled down before she was old enough to know it would one day be real. (Shout out, Cheesy Cheese!) What followed was nearly two decades shaping the service industry while mastering her craft of food and hospitality. She's the one making sure everything actually works.

Alexis came at it from the other side. Years spent building brands, redefining what turns a first time into routine. She's the one shaping how FAT CAT feels. The story, the energy, the reason it sticks.

Together, we built FAT CAT Pizza + Dogs as something intentional. A shop rooted in old family recipes, quality ingredients, and comfort food that feels nostalgic in all the right ways. A neighborhood spot built for regulars and families. 

FAT CAT is bigger than one shop. And that's the point.

We're building a place where our team can actually grow. Where this industry becomes more than just a job.
